Keep It Going is the data controller for the personal data processed through this service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — email address and login credentials, used to create and secure your account.
  • Content data — the habits, goals, tasks, notes and schedule entries you create, used to provide the service.
  • Usage data — basic telemetry such as device type, IP address and feature usage, used for security, fraud prevention and product improvement.
  • Support messages — if you contact us, we keep the correspondence to help you.

Payment data is collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; we never see or store your card details.

3. Legal basis

We process account and content data to perform our contract with you, usage data based on our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, and certain data where required by law. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share data with

  • Service providers and subprocessors (hosting, database, analytics and support tooling);
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing;
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary;
  • Authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and strict access controls, to protect your personal data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No marketing cookies are used.
