1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Keep It Going ("the Service"), a personal productivity and monthly growth tracker operated by Keep It Going ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides a personal dashboard for tracking habits, tasks, goals, time blocking and rewards. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan (Free or Pro).

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
• infringing the intellectual property rights of others;
• interfering with its security, including malware, probing, scanning or scraping;
• reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing technical limits.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. Your content remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. On termination, your access ends; we may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
